après philosophy in wine as a young restaurant is to continue to enjoy the challenges of the ever changing growth of the wine industry and make ours one that diners will enjoy and appreciate for years to come. The determined commitment to the best quality of food by our kitchen demands that we equally develop the wine list to complement our food, no exceptions are made to jeopardize these two areas of our restaurant.
Our wine list is from classic regions and producers of both the new world and old world. Great efforts have been made to make the selection of over twenty wines by the glass, in an attempt to create even more wine and food-pairing options. Both temperature and humidity are controlled at après, creating optimum storing conditions. Proper cellaring ensures not only that wines age well, but also that they emerge in the dining room at correct serving temperatures, ready to be savored at their best.
